Ripchar valley trek, placed in the region of Ladakh is a once in a lifetime kind of trek. If you are planning to trek The Himalayas for the first time, this trek provides a great experience. This trek offers you some great views of the Himalayas along with the opportunity to visit the beautiful Lamayuru Monastery. The best month to visit Ripchar valley trek-Leh is from July to August, as during those months you can find the whole valley covered with a carpet of flowers. Visiting during these months will make you fall in love with nature and you wouldn't want to return home. We will also be crossing some passes which will give you some amazing views of the Karakoram and Zanskar ranges.
During our trek we will find the pastures, irrigated lands and crop fields are very well maintained, we will also be visiting these lands so as to know how the farmers maintain their farms and vegetation in such harsh conditions. This trip might require some extra effort but at the end of the day, this trip is sure to provide you peace and contentment. You can go on a trip for any number of days but to enjoy this place to the fullest you need at least 7-8 days.
